Mission and Mandate

Occupational Rehabilitation Group of Canada will utilize a multidisciplinary approach to provide individualized return to work plans for employees and insurance claimants. We will do so using a best practice philosophy. We will return individuals to employment or function in a manner commensurate with their functional abilities and in a respectful, safe and expedient manner. We will do so in the most cost effective manner for our customer.

Wherever possible ORGOC will assist in restoring the individual to the previous level of function, however where not possible we will endeavor to provide appropriate alternatives respecting the individuals limitations, education, experience and interests. In every case we will seek to enhance the individual's quality of life as they recover from or learn to cope with any form of disability.
