intervention approach to Disability Management.
Through our years of experience in long term
disability case management, we have first
hand knowledge of the physical, emotional,
social and economic costs to employees, employers
and society in general. A Disability Management

upon an employee’s absence. The direct
result is a decrease in absenteeism, sick

Using RTW coordinators to manage communications
with employees, supervisors, Health Care Providers
and insurer’s where appropriate we develop
expeditious and safe plans for the employee
to return to work on a graduated basis utilizing
modified duties or accommodations. |

Support |

O•R•G Canada can also enhance
your return to work program by providing appropriate
rehabilitation programs for employees. We
have our own clinical staff as well as a network
of service providers throughout Canada that
allow us to engage the employee in a program
