Disability Management
 
O•R•G Canada believes in an early intervention approach to Disability Management. Through our years of experience in long term disability case management, we have first hand knowledge of the physical, emotional, social and economic costs to employees, employers and society in general. A Disability Management Program achieves significant cost savings for employers. Intervention occurs immediately upon an employee’s absence. The direct result is a decrease in absenteeism, sick leave and disability claims. Employees recognize their employer values their presence and contribution in the workplace. This results in a corresponding increase in employee engagement.

Return to Work Programs
Using RTW coordinators to manage communications with employees, supervisors, Health Care Providers and insurer’s where appropriate we develop expeditious and safe plans for the employee to return to work on a graduated basis utilizing modified duties or accommodations.
 
Rehab Support
O•R•G Canada can also enhance your return to work program by providing appropriate rehabilitation programs for employees. We have our own clinical staff as well as a network of service providers throughout Canada that allow us to engage the employee in a program that expedites referrals and treatment. Worker's Compensation Claims Management
O•R•G provides return to work services for occupational injures and has extensive experience in managing such claims in all regions of Canada. We have worked closely with the various boards to ensure our customers costs are managed appropriately. Our interventions, scrutiny and appeals submissions have achieved significant cost savings and recovery for our customers. The services not only manage the return to work but also the monitoring of statements and assessments by the compensation boards.
