As a leader in Mental Health Case Management, ORGOC has developed workshops for employers and group programs for employee's and others that address the needs of Mental Health claims. We provide education in the areas of understanding Mental Health, communication skills for managers and supervisors, and concrete, practical skills for individuals to better manage stresses that lead to mental health problems.
