For the last 2 decades ORGOC has been both a leader and an innovator in disability management. We offer our expert disability management consulting services to a variety of organizations which include: Government Agencies, Private Sector Employers, Workers Compensation Boards, Insurance Companies, Law Firms, and Auto Insurers.

ORGOC has consultants from Thunder Bay to Vancouver. We are now a member of Voc. Rehab Canada (VRCan) a national consortium of Vocational Rehabilitation and Disability Management providers. Thus ORGOC is able to provide services throughout Canada.

ORGOC believes strongly in the concept of organizational independence in the administration of disability case management programs. ORGOC has assisted many companies/organizations develop need-specific disability management programs as well as interventions for specific employees. For the employer we have provided WCB appeals and objections only, WCB claims management, attendance management and Long Term disability management. The latter has been a service provided not only for the employer but also for many insurers. This includes primarily early intervention and a variety of return to work (RTW) strategies that utilize medical case management and vocational rehabilitative skills.

ORGOC's Neuro Recovery Services provides experienced case managers, Occupational Therapists and Resource Aides who assist referring agents, the client and their family following a neurological event, be it a spinal cord injury or brain injury. Our staff is fully trained to aid the client/family in making the required adjustments in their lives as well as with such items as medical, vocational and financial issues. Our staff expertise ensures that resources are coordinated, communication is maintained and the injured person receives all the services and attention required. Independent research has proven that spinal cord and brain injury survivors who have a case manager working on their behalf access a wider range of resources when they are most required.
