Employment Counseling
When an individual has been determined to be unable to return to their own occupation using the vocational hierarchy, or there has been a change of ‘definition of disability’, O•R•G Canada’s experienced and professional employment specialists offer employment counseling.

O•R•G Canada’s employment specialists use the information gathered from vocational assessments, TSAs and LMRs, which focus on an individual’s education, training, experience, interests and aptitudes, to work with the individual in identifying appropriate vocational options and career directions.

Resume Development / Interview Skills
O•R•G Canada’s experienced staff will assist with resume preparation and interview skills, including mock interviews and video taped interviews.

  Job Search / Employment Placing
When an individual cannot return to their previous employment, O•R•G Canada’s employment specialists can assist in accessing the hidden job market and other job search skills.

Over the past two decades, O•R•G Canada has fostered an expansive and growing network of employers who, through either paid or volunteer positions, provide our clients with valuable work experience and job shadowing, used to develop specific skills. It is also possible for these placements to lead to opportunities for full time employment.
