include in-person meetings as well as regular

Counseling |

an individual has been determined to
be unable to return to their own occupation
using the vocational hierarchy, or there
has been a change of ‘definition
of disability’, O•R•G
Canada’s experienced and professional
employment specialists offer employment
counseling. |

Canada’s employment specialists
use the information gathered from vocational
assessments, TSAs and LMRs, which focus
on an individual’s education,
training, experience, interests and
aptitudes, to work with the individual
in identifying appropriate vocational
options and career directions. |

Canada’s experienced staff will
assist with resume preparation and interview
skills, including mock interviews and
video taped interviews. |

an individual cannot return to their previous

employment specialists can assist in accessing
the hidden job market and other job search
skills. |
