and expedient return to work of the client.
As the team leader, the case manager
ensures that all members work cohesively
toward the common goals and in the best
interests of the client while respecting
the parameters set by the customer. |

disabilities – psychiatric and
psychological disorders as well as addictions.
Our specialists have developed specific
services, protocols and processes designed
to assist an individual’s return
to a level-of-function commensurate
with their pre-disability status. O•R•G
Canada has developed a network of service
providers, including psychologists and
counselors, who share our common philosophies
and goals. We have developed group programs
for individuals who suffer from depression
and its various forms, as well as addictions.
Both types of programs use a Cognitive
Behavioral approach to assist the individual
cope with their addiction or stresses.
O•R•G Canada’s group
programs are outcome driven, where participants
develop concrete coping strategies or
can be referred to further treatment
resources. |
